Delivery Driver/Installation Assistant

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time (some work can be scheduled remotely)

Kitchen & Bath Designer - We are seeking an energetic people-person with a solid design background and a proven sales background to join our team as a Kitchen & Bath Designer. If you are very friendly, positive, and upbeat with an excellent eye for detail and an aptitude for design, this opportunity could be for you!

The ideal candidate should possess 7-10 years' experience in the Kitchen & Bath industry. Our designers collaborate closely with clients, from the early decision-making stages and throughout the entire installation process. You will be asked to meet potential clients for an initial design meeting, discuss budgets, detail the scope of the project, take jobsite measurements and pictures, create kitchen & bath designs, renderings, electronic images of the finished design concept to show clients using our 20/20 software. Help clients to select cabinetry and countertops styles, finishes and overall décor.

Once approved, designers must coordinate ordering from suppliers, schedule subcontractors, and our installers to see the complete execution of the project. Candidates should be able to read & understand basic floor plans and architectural prints. The ideal candidate must be proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic office programs, have excellent internet skills, good critical thinking skills, ability to multi-task, able to complete tasks in a timely manner, create spreadsheets & report summaries, complete weekly & monthly projects, good phone skills, light cleaning of showroom.

Compensation:

Our compensation package will be based upon the candidate’s overall experience and general knowledge. The hourly rate of between $22-$35 hourly, (Rate will depends on experience) plus a monthly sales bonus and mileage expenses.
